How to make your dream holiday a success - Into the mountains with pumps? Not with my packing list.

Off the sofa, out of the home office and away with the gloom of the last few months. This summer will be very different to previous years. Due to the pandemic, many of us are spending our holidays in Germany and our own health is more important than ever. Do you want to do something for your body and soul? Then an active holiday in the mountains or by the sea is the perfect alternative to a relaxing beach holiday. Whether by bike or on foot: recharge your batteries and enjoy Germany's most beautiful regions. So that you don't fall into packing chaos and still have to take your pumps up the mountain, I would like to chat to you about valuable tips and a packing list for your next active holiday.

Short "feel-good fact": Sufficient exercise is an important building block for a life of health and well-being. The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week for adults.* Exercise counteracts illness, boosts the metabolism and releases happiness hormones in the body. On the other hand, a lack of exercise can have negative consequences for your health. There is a risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity or back and joint problems. We spend most of the day sitting down: in the car or on the train, at our desk and on the couch in the evening, which is why an active holiday is a great idea right now, isn't it?
