So that you don't fall into packing chaos and still have to take your pumps up the mountain, I would like to chat to you about valuable tips and a packing list for your next active holiday.
Short "feel-good fact": Sufficient exercise is an important building block for a life of health and well-being. The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week for adults.* Exercise counteracts illness, boosts the metabolism and releases happiness hormones in the body. On the other hand, a lack of exercise can have negative consequences for your health. There is a risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity or back and joint problems. We spend most of the day sitting down: in the car or on the train, at our desk and on the couch in the evening, which is why an active holiday is a great idea right now, isn't it?
