While planning your trip, the same questions come up again and again. In order to provide you with the right answers straight away, we have summarised the most important information for you on this page.

Our hotel entrance as well as the public areas are barrier-free accessible. If you would like one of our two disabled-friendly rooms, please contact us directly by telephone to reserve a room according to your needs.

You can check into your room from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and it is available until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Depending on availability, you can book an early arrival from 12:00 p.m. for a surcharge of € 20.00 or a late departure until 2:00 p.m. for a surcharge of € 30.00 per room in the online booking process.

We would also like to inform you about the possibility of online check-in. For a quick, smooth and above all largely contactless check-in at the hotel, you can fill out your registration form online in advance and thus send us all the required guest data in advance. In this way we not only minimise the waiting time at check-in, but you also have much more time to relax and unwind.

Our hotel is a partner of the "Chiemgau Card | Ruhpolding & Inzell". You will receive this experience card upon arrival and can benefit from numerous special conditions and discounts in the area (e.g. museums, swimming pools, mountain railways, bicycle rental and much more). A detailed list of all cooperation partners can be found here.

Our total of five buildings, each with two floors, are not equipped with a lift. If you need help with your luggage or prefer a room on the ground floor due to limited mobility, please let us know in advance.

Daily, our extensive "Das Bergmayr" Alpine breakfast awaits you with many delicacies. From the Chiemgau snack platter, to a selection of warm dishes, to a large choice of coffee and tea specialities, there is sure to be something for everyone for the perfect start to the day. We serve our breakfast in our "Bergmayr Stadl" (next to the reception).

We also welcome external guests (non-hotel guests) to have breakfast with us. Cost: €18.00 per person.

We are happy to welcome your four-legged travel companion in our house. However, we ask you to announce your pet before arrival so that we can reserve a suitable room for you.

You can add your pet during the online booking process in the extra services section. We charge € 15.00 per pet per night (incl. blanket in the room).

Children up to 5 years stay free of charge in their parents' bed or in an available bed in one of the apartments. For children between 6 and 11 years we charge € 7.50 per child for breakfast and € 14.50 per child for half board. From the age of 12, the normal prices apply.

In addition, we can provide an extra baby cot (at no extra charge) for you in our comfort double rooms as well as family apartments. This option will be displayed under "Extras" in the booking process.

Please enter the number of children travelling with you and their age (at the time of travel) in the online booking mask so that the appropriate rooms/apartments for your family size are displayed. The child surcharges are then already included in the travel price.

We offer climate-neutral overnight stays on request. We calculate the CO2 emissions of your stay, offset the greenhouse gases and provide you with a certificate as proof.

With climate-neutral overnight stays you make a contribution to global climate protection and support recognized climate protection projects. They also promote the achievement of global sustainability goals (Sustainable Development Goals), such as fighting poverty or improving living conditions in emerging and developing countries.

How you can make your overnight stay with us climate-neutral:

In our online booking mask, you will be shown the option of climate-neutral accommodation based on your selected travel duration. After selecting this option and completing your reservation, you can finally download your personal certificate on the booking confirmation page.

The compensation amount is passed on 1-to-1 to Climatepartner, who support numerous climate projects.

The municipality of Inzell charges a tourist tax for persons staying in the area for recreational and purposes. The tax is € 2,10 per day of stay for persons from 16 years and € 1,00 for children between 6 and 15 years. Children under 6 years of age do not pay the tax.

The tax is not included in the price of the overnight stay and will be charged by the hotel upon arrival.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the rooms. In case of disregard, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if necessary.

Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace or in the beer garden.

Restaurant hours

  •  Hot food: daily from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  •  Coffee, cake & ice cream: daily from 10:30 a.m. to 15:30 p.m.
  •  Beverage service: daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Our reception is open daily between 06:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. During this time you can reach us here for all questions and matters concerning your stay.

In front of our hotel is our own parking lot, where you can park your car for the duration of your stay. We charge a fee of EUR 5.00 per day/vehicle. Alternatively, you can also reserve a parking space in our underground car park for EUR 12.00 per day/vehicle. When you arrive, you will need to provide your license plate number.


There are also other free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The use of our swimming pool and sauna is included in the room rate. The entrance is located in the staircase between Haus Bergmayr and Haus Rauschberg.

Pool opening hours: Daily from 08:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.
Sauna opening hours: Daily from 04:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.

You can use our WiFi free of charge throughout the hotel. To do so, dial into our Wi-Fi network on your respective device.

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, EC, MasterCard, Visa, Amex.

Due to the current situation, we would like to encourage you to avoid cash payments as far as possible and to use contactless payment methods such as EC or credit card. This way we can further minimise contact points between staff and guests.
