Our hotel entrance and public areas are barrier-free. If you would like one of our two disabled-friendly rooms, please contact us directly by telephone to reserve a room to suit your needs.
You can check into your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival and it will be available to you until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Depending on availability, you can book an early arrival from 12:00 or a late departure until 14:00 for an additional charge of € 30.00 per room. Please contact us directly if you would like one of these options.
Our hotel is a partner of the "Chiemgau Card | Ruhpolding & Inzell". You will receive this adventure card on arrival and can benefit from numerous special conditions and discounts in the surrounding area (e.g. museums, swimming pools, mountain railways, bike hire and much more). A detailed list of all co-operation partners can be found here.
Our five buildings, each with two floors, are not equipped with a lift. If you need help with your luggage or prefer a room on the ground floor due to reduced mobility, please let us know in advance.
If you don't want to bring your own bike, you can hire a hotel-owned KTM eBike from us. Adults pay €30.00 per bike/day (€15.00 for half a day). Children pay € 20.00 per bike/day (€ 10.00 for half a day).
Our extensive "Das Bergmayr" alpine breakfast awaits you daily with many delicacies. From the Chiemgau snack platter to a selection of hot dishes and a large selection of coffee and tea specialities, there is sure to be something for everyone for the perfect start to the day. We serve our breakfast in our restaurant "Bergmayr Stubn" (next to the reception).
We also welcome external guests (non-hotel guests) to have breakfast with us. Cost: € 18.00 per person.

We are also happy to welcome your four-legged travelling companion to our hotel. However, please let us know about your pet before you arrive so that we can reserve a suitable room for you.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the superior double room "Chiemgau".
You can book your pet during the online booking process in the extra services section. We charge 15,00 Euro per pet per night.
In the public areas of the hotel, dogs are only allowed in the lobby and in the beer garden.
Children up to 5 years stay free of charge in their parents' bed or in an available bed in one of the flats. For children between the ages of 6 and 11, we charge €7.50 per child for breakfast and €15.00 per child for dinner. Normal prices apply from theage of 12.
We can also provide you with an additional baby cot (at no extra charge) in our comfort double rooms and family flats. This option will be displayed under "Extras" in the booking process.
Please enter the number of children travelling with you and their age (at the time of travel) in the online booking form so that the appropriate rooms/apartments for your family size are displayed. The children's surcharges are then already included in the holiday price.
The municipality of Inzell levies a spa contribution for persons staying in the spa area for recreational and spa purposes. The spa fee is 2.10 euros per day of stay for persons aged 16 and over and 1.00 euro for children aged between 6 and 15. Children under the age of 6 do not pay a visitor's tax.
The spa tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged by the hotel on arrival.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the rooms. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee in the event of non-compliance.
Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace or in the beer garden.

Our free outdoor car park is located in front of our hotel, where you can park your car for the duration of your stay. There are 4 charging points for electric cars available.
In addition, we offer an underground car park for a fee, which is available to you if required for 12.00 euros per day/vehicle.
You will need to provide your vehicle registration number on arrival. All parking spaces are allocated according to availability. Advance reservation is not possible.
There are also other free public car parks in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
The use of our swimming pool and sauna is included in the room rate. Access is located in the stairwell between Haus Bergmayr and Haus Rauschberg.
