Bavarian cuisineWhat makes it so special.

Good food is known to keep body and soul together. Nowhere is this wisdom more true than with us Bavarians, because our down-to-earth, hearty cuisine invites you to an uncomplicated, cosy get-together. Our rustic, hearty Bavarian delicacies prove that good food does not have to be complicated. You will also recognise this in the typical Bavarian pub atmosphere, in which no ski or snowboard in the world would find a place.

Typical Bavarian delicacies:

  • Liver dumpling soup
  • Crispy knuckle of pork with Bavarian cabbage
  • Roast pork with bread or potato dumplings
  • Liver cheese
  • White sausage with sweet mustard and pretzels
  • Savoury snacks with radish, Obazda, crackling lard and much more
  • Apple strudel with vanilla sauce
  • And, and, and ...

Almost every region of Bavaria cultivates its own traditions, which are once again reflected in culinary terms. The "perfect roast pork recipe" will therefore probably never exist, because let's be honest ... it always tasted best with grandma anyway, didn't it?
